CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the event needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to unsuitable weather, we will refund your entire deposit. (If desired, we will attempt to relocate the event to a suitable indoor venue, however there maybe additional costs to do so)

• If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, 21 days or more before the event, your deposit will be deducted from the total amount due on the rescheduled date or a gift certificate will be issued for the full amount.

• If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances 14 days or more before the event, we will refund 50% of your deposit or a gift certificate for 50% of the deposit will be issued.

• If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances 7-14 days before the event, 50% of your deposit will be deducted from the total amount due on the rescheduled date.

• No deposit refunds, credits or gift certificates will be given for canceled events less than 7 days before the event (except due to unsuitable weather).
