Beverly O’Donohue
Certified Yoga Instructor, Beverly O’Donohue teaches Dharma 1-2 beginners/intermediate sequence (suitable for all levels) perfect for someone new to yoga and also a great warm up class for even the most advanced practitioner.

Rae Scharfman
Rae began her yoga practice when she was a teenager. On a whim, she took her first class and that was it for her. She immediately felt something new: true relaxation. Since that fateful class, she knew she wanted to help people find the same happiness she found in yoga. Rae trained at BODY of Santa Fe in the Spring of 2013 and has been teaching ever since. She has since trained at Elements in Darien, CT and Wanderlust and Yoga at the Raven in Los Angeles.

Astrid Kastenberg
Astrid is an Inspirational Speaker, Beauty Strategist Consultant, Certified Life and Spiritual Coach (CLC), 500 E-RYT Yoga Instructor, Self-Acupressure Therapist, Sound Healing practitioner and Event Facilitator.
She discovered the physical aspects of Yoga and Meditation in High School, while searching for alternative ways to heal from dance injuries. Inspiration to become a Yoga teacher came from Bryan Kest, her Teacher, and mentor for the past 24 years. She started teaching in 2000 at Bryan’s Power Yoga studio in Calabasas, where in 2002, she coined the term “Practice with a message”.
In 2017, Astrid left traditional Corporate and launched her C.O.T.A Life (Conscious Opportunities Thru Awareness) business in 2018, to focus on all levels of Wellness, that affect people mentally, physically and energetically.
It is Astrid’s life’s mission, to help people discover and own their unique voices, self-Identification, Self - Purpose and Highest levels of Consciousness.

Tanya teaches exercise classes promoting wellness for the body and mind. Using a variety of formats to improve strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, Tanya encourages participants to give their personal best and do what feels right for their own body.

With each yoga session they guide, Liz aims to spread love and joy in every moment of the class. Their goal as a teacher is to inspire students to keep returning to the yoga practice by making the class as enjoyable, fun, and supportive as possible. Liz views a class as a success when their students leave the room with smiles on their faces and a feeling of empowerment.

Sarah Cortez
Sarah is a huge lover of animals and movement! Growing up, she was a professional dancer and since moving to Los Angeles has found a passion for yoga and meditating. Her classes focus on relishing the present moment, having fun, and feeling good in your own body.

Hike Guide / Licensed EMT
Rachelle loves playing outside! As an outdoor enthusiast and hiking and climbing guide it’s been one of her greatest joys to introduce others to the life giving experience of the outdoors. Rachelle is an experienced hiker, backpacker, camper, climber, and licensed EMT. She cannot wait to meet you and explore nature together!
