Your purchase for goat yoga includes a beverage, 60-minute yoga session and admission to the Garden all day.
Start your day with Hello Critter Goat Yoga in the enchanting setting of the South Coast Botanic Garden, “The Jewel of the Peninsula”. This fun and delightful yoga session is taught by a certified yoga instructor and is suitable for all levels—from first-timers who “just came for the goats” to experienced yogis seeking a unique challenge.
Our Nigerian Dwarf goats will open your heart, widen your smile, deepen your stretch & strengthen your core while they weave through class, interacting with each participant; nimbly jumping on, rebounding off, trotting under & crawling through various postures of the human playground created by attendees. Bring your love for animals and sense of humor!
Please note: Due to the interactive nature of this class, participants must weigh at least 75 pounds.
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Wearing exercise clothes that cover your back
Applying sunscreen before class
Removing loose jewelry
What to bring:
A yoga mat you don’t mind getting dirty
Bottled water
A towel
Important Information:
Cancelation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All classes take place outside, in the Garden. If inclement weather or a safety concern is expected, guests will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class via email. In the event of class cancelation, class ticket(s) will be refunded.
Your class fee includes admission to the South Coast Botanic Garden—feel free to explore the gardens after class! A 87-acre public botanic garden containing over 200,000 plants and 2,000 species of plants from around the world.
